The Weather

The Thailand flotilla season runs from January to mid April. Temperatures range from the mid to high 20s . You can expect a little rain, however January to April are the driest months of the year. Sunshine is consistent, with an average of 8 hours per day. Sea temperature is high, thanks to the relatively shallow waters, with an average of 28 to 29 degrees centigrade. Prevailing winds are from the north, north west and are typically force 3-4, locally 5.

Sail And Stay

The area offers limitless possibilities to go exploring or relax at a superb beach resort pre and post cruise  We offer options to extend your stay in a beach hotel in Phuket or take a connecting flight to Thailand’s exciting capital Bangkok for a couple of days before your return flight to the UK. There are also possibilities in neighbouring countries such as Malaysia and Vietnam.  Talk to one of our consultants who will be happy to assist you with a tailor made package.

Cabin Charter

There are many reason why you may not wish to charter your own yacht – perhaps you are travelling alone, or are unsure about the tidal conditions and feel your experience or qualifications are not quite there. In any event, you can still enjoy the flotilla experience aboard our lead yacht on a cabin charter. You’ll be in the hands of a our professional crew, with breakfast and light lunch provided every day and you will get to enjoy the social side of the flotilla each evening, either dining ashore as a group, or eating on-board under the stars, depending upon the day’s destination.
